Today went to jog again.. is quite sunny.. Hopefully i won't be super tanned.. or sunburn.. Haha.. Actually wanna give up after 30mins because i feel so tired.. But just wanna push myself.. & i made it further than Yesterday.. =D Very happy with it... But tummy crunches is still stuck at 20..
Wanna intro some video from " Body Rock " ... My Sister modified some of the step to make it a little easier.. Because we are still beginner... =D I hope this video helps
