Sick , Recover, Return!

I was very sick last Thursday... Went to the doctor & took some medicine & take a rest.. =) Recovered on Sunday But took another day rest before I'm on track.. =) Went to swim on Tuesday.. Hehe.. Now my target is set higher... I swim 24 lap this time.. =) Which is a new target for myself... My always like to test my own endurance... to see how far I can go.. But of course I will stop if I really can't do it anymore.. In order not to injure myself in anyway... =)

I look more tanned now...


Wed went to gym... Ran 5km, Cycle 7km, Rowing for 15 mins.. Too bad that day had so much people in the gym... So the sit up & crunches space been taken up... =( & I waited very long... Then decided to give up..

Today I weight myself.. I lost another 4kg! Yeah! Hehe... Which means my target is nearer.. But still.. long way to go.. & I'm sure I can do it.. & I have the confident in myself... Is just matter of time... One plus point for the healthy lifestyle now is.... My menses is very zhun now! It comes on the dot! no delay anymore.. which is a good sign that the body is healthy... =)

On the side note... Since Hub Ben & I decided that we are not having another child.. I have went to insert IUCD today... After 6 weeks I will need to go back for check.. this thing for 3 years... But of course anytime if we really wanted to have babies.. We can always take it out.. This is just a prevention.. =)

Run For Life ~ Charity

Run for Life is a Charity run... It held at East Coast.. Which is a new place for me to have my run... Same as Previously.. We took 10km run... But this time I don't know why my body feel so burn out... Maybe I had not enough sleep... Every KM feels like forever! =( But still I manage to finish it... Timing I'm sure is gonna suck too..

Lately after 3 days of rest.. I been back to my usual exercise plan... =) Hopefully i can shed more weight off my body... & I hope by year end I'm able to reach my goal... =) So looking forward for my next weighting..

Sundown 2013

Finally Complete Sundown 2013 on Friday... Took train to meet Sis at Marina Square... =) Sadly.. I cannot get my tee size changed... =( Because when we register they only left with S & M size... LOL.. M can fit but i feel is short..  So no choice.. I wear my own... =) The run they separate into 3 groups i think.. Because really alot of people that night.. So we are 12 mins late when we start... Night run is nice.. because is cooling.. We don't feel the heat from the sun.. & definitely is gonna make a huge different... But still.. Before run I'm already sweating like a monkey... We deposit our bag then walk to get some drinks... Do stretching then after that get ready at the starting point... =)

I feel that I did better this time.. Not so stressful as before... & also I can go further without feeling super tired.. My breathing when jogging is better too.. I think speed training does help alot alot... =)
