I was very sick last Thursday... Went to the doctor & took some medicine & take a rest.. =) Recovered on Sunday But took another day rest before I'm on track.. =) Went to swim on Tuesday.. Hehe.. Now my target is set higher... I swim 24 lap this time.. =) Which is a new target for myself... My always like to test my own endurance... to see how far I can go.. But of course I will stop if I really can't do it anymore.. In order not to injure myself in anyway... =)

Wed went to gym... Ran 5km, Cycle 7km, Rowing for 15 mins.. Too bad that day had so much people in the gym... So the sit up & crunches space been taken up... =( & I waited very long... Then decided to give up..
Today I weight myself.. I lost another 4kg! Yeah! Hehe... Which means my target is nearer.. But still.. long way to go.. & I'm sure I can do it.. & I have the confident in myself... Is just matter of time... One plus point for the healthy lifestyle now is.... My menses is very zhun now! It comes on the dot! no delay anymore.. which is a good sign that the body is healthy... =)

On the side note... Since Hub Ben & I decided that we are not
having another child.. I have went to insert IUCD today... After 6 weeks
I will need to go back for check.. this thing for 3 years... But of
course anytime if we really wanted to have babies.. We can always take
it out.. This is just a prevention.. =)
