Never give up...

Now alternate weeks I'm going for jog... When is my jog week... I will jog most of the day in that week... Is tiring at times.. but still is worth the effort...! Because I never give up.. I'm kinda strong will person if I really wanna aim for something... That's the good side of me.. Bad side is.. After giving birth.. The result is super duper slow.. Even I already work super hard on it... But still that is not the reason to give up.. Because I came way too far to give up right now.. =)

Whenever half way btw the jog.. My feet & leg muscle start to ached.. & when I was about to give up...  I will start thinking of all the positive things that I can think of... It makes me carry on to keep jogging.. Seeing other jogger is a motivation to me as well.. There is one day I saw a man pushing a jogger pram.. Pushing his kid in the pram & jog.. I just smiled at him.. Because I think that is really very inspiring to me.. & That's the power of exercise... Nothing can stop us... =)



Oh ya.. Me & Sis is joining our second marathon " Run350 " on April.. By thinking of it makes me excited too! Hehe.. so training needs to be done.... I know.. Is only 10Km for alot of pro marathoner.. but.. for me 10km.. is really kinda challenge.. haha.. wish me all the best!

Back In Action

For some health issue.. I have stopped jogging for almost 3 weeks... So now i had recovered.. So I'm back on track.. ! Yeah... ! I now change to morning jog instead of night... Because Hub Ben can take care of Benson while they are both sleeping before he goes work... Of course time is the main issue.. But I those kind that feel that time can always be planned.. No matter what.. It really depends on how bad u wanna exercise... Hee! It only take min 1hr or max 1.5hrs to do a great workout or jog.. So no excuse at all.. =) Yes.. I'm still hoping my weight will go down as much as possible.. But I think so far I'm doing ok.. But of course human are greedy.. Everybody wanted the best stuff in the world.. But! Of course we don't expect those sexy , no stretch mark or no flabby tummy or skin kind of body.. That will be asking for a impossible.. Because I had lots of stretch marks on my tummy due to previous weight lost, Pregnant, & now weight lost too.. There is time I'm  unhappy about my bloated tummy, my big fat thigh & my big flabby arms.. & That's is also a motivation for myself to shape myself better thru exercise... No one says is easy.. If there is anyone who said that is easy.. Ask them to try it! Haha... I believe all the sweat & effort will never be gone in vain... Because one day I'm sure the target will be reached..

In the morning I woke up at about 7am.. washed up, get changed.. & head off to the park.. Morning sun is nice.. cool breeze too.. & I'm surprise that there is so many people exercise in park... =) It does feel great seeing others doing exercise together.. The air is good too.. & is not so harmful to the skin because morning sun definitely is better than any other timing.. First day is a little rush because I don't wanna crush into hub work time.. or delay his time to go work.. But second day i handle it better... ^^
