Tonight is the Night

Tonight will be my first night run for 10km.. Sundown... Been training hard for it.. I have been training on my speed as well.. Did tummy crunches, weight lift, cycling, rowing.... I was hoping that i can beat my previous timing... Finger cross... =) & Good news is... After a few tough training & pushing to my limits..! I lost 4kg... Haha.. Which is very good news for me.. I hope that i will be able to lose more weight..

Sweating makes me feel great...




Ok.. Now is Vain Pot time.. U know.. I have this habit of self taking pic... People called it " Camwhoring " If I'm not wrong.. But anyway.. haha... Here all the bitch photo taken..

I believe many of u will feel that same way as me.. Haha... I hate those who can enjoy food but never get fat!

Extreme Week

While having Holiday trip to Genting with Hub... I feel so bloated! Didn't know why... So I tell myself I must be on extreme diet & exercise once I reach back in Singapore... haha... But within that week it didn't happen because I wanna spend more time with our lovely son... So the follow week is the real deal... I went to gym & swim as much as I can within the week.. Control food inake... & Now I'm still 24kg from my goal... Yes it look far.. But I believe I can do it... =)

I took my herbal life shake before I go for my workout... Because I didn't want my tummy to be empty... & I don't really like breakfast... So I prefer shake.. Just drink down.. That's it...


There's 3 Upcoming 10km Run.. 2 on June.. Which is " Sundown & Run for Life " ... Another one will be on July.. So means alot of training needed to be done... =)



 Now I have a habit of drinking green tea after dinner.. Because Everytime after dinner I feel fat.. I know is not good.. But green tea do lots of good stuff to our body... ^^
