While having Holiday trip to Genting with Hub... I feel so bloated! Didn't know why... So I tell myself I must be on extreme diet & exercise once I reach back in Singapore... haha... But within that week it didn't happen because I wanna spend more time with our lovely son... So the follow week is the real deal... I went to gym & swim as much as I can within the week.. Control food inake... & Now I'm still 24kg from my goal... Yes it look far.. But I believe I can do it... =)

I took my herbal life shake before I go for my workout... Because I didn't want my tummy to be empty... & I don't really like breakfast... So I prefer shake.. Just drink down.. That's it...
There's 3 Upcoming 10km Run.. 2 on June.. Which is " Sundown & Run for Life " ... Another one will be on July.. So means alot of training needed to be done... =)
Now I have a habit of drinking green tea after dinner.. Because Everytime after dinner I feel fat.. I know is not good.. But green tea do lots of good stuff to our body... ^^
