Completed my second 10km run... Which is " Run 350 " ... =) Woke up at 4.45am in the morning.. Slowly prepare myself.. Had a coffee to wake my body up... Haha.. I will die without one.. Warm up... & get changed... Then took a cab to fetch Sis... Reached about 6am... Sis need to put her bag... Then we slowly walk to the starting point nearby to do stretching... =) The air is fresh! & the surrounding looks beautiful... Windy too... We start getting ready at about 6.50am.. Feel a little rain.. Haha.. Worry that my phone will get wet.. So was praying that the rain won't get heavy... Race start 7am... Give Sis a tab on her shoulder & say we meet at finish point.... =)
Ran till about 5km.. My leg start to have slight cramp.. So i slowly down & went to the side to stretch my legs more... Hmm.. I didn't know why.. because i did proper stretching before the race start... But anyway luckily the cramp went away... =) So i carry on... Actually till about 7km.. I started to feel struggled... =.= But i keep telling myself is " Mind over Body " .. & glad that it keep me on... haha.. I took 1 Hr 32 Min to reach finish line.. I know is not good timing... Because usually some people can complete in 1 hr... But still.. compared to my first 10km.. I cut down the time by 15mins... =) hehe..... So happy... At least... I made it..! First Medal collected! =) More to come! Sis & I had joined another 3 , 10km run on May & June... So looking forward to it! Yeah!
